JotPark turns an attendant’s phone into a ticket machine. Every vehicle is photographed at entry and checked at exit, so each shift’s takings add up. Drivers don’t need an app.

A numbered ticket or a chalk mark tells nobody when the vehicle came in, who let it in, or what was charged. At the end of the day there is only a cash box.
Cash goes missing, and no one can prove it
Without a count of vehicles there is no expected figure to compare against. Owners of hospitals, markets, schools and condos suspect leakage but can't show where it happens.
Barriers and apps don’t fit
Barrier and camera kits cost thousands per lane and suit malls. Driver apps fail because no one installs an app to pay a 1,000-riel parking fee.
A few seconds at the gate, a full record behind it.
The attendant does roughly what they do today, handing over a token and taking cash. The difference is that every hand-off is now recorded.
Tap a token
Motorbikes get a reusable NFC token from the rack. Cars and one-off visitors get a printed QR ticket instead.
Photo taken automatically
The handheld captures the plate and ties it to the token, the time and the attendant. It still works with no signal.
Check at the exit
Scanning the token shows the entry photo and works out the fee. If the plates don't match, a supervisor has to release the vehicle.
Close the shift
The attendant counts the cash against the expected figure, and the owner sees both for every shift and site.

No. They take a token or ticket as usual and pay with cash or any bank app that reads KHQR.
What hardware do I need?
An Android phone with NFC per gate, plus a set of tokens. An all-in-one handheld with a built-in printer is quicker for lots that issue paper tickets.
Does JotPark hold our money?
Never. Cash stays with you, and KHQR payments go directly to your own bank account.
What does the pilot involve?
We set up one of your lots, train the attendants on site and run alongside your current process. You keep your paper system until you're sure the numbers hold up.
