AEON Online — one storefront for every merchant.

AEON ran its own branches on a single-tenant system. We're opening it into a marketplace: one catalogue that carries outside merchants alongside AEON's own stores, across four connected surfaces. Two are live, two are still on the bench.

The problem

AEON's platform served its own branches and nothing else. Multiple stores, one tenant — so there was no way to bring an outside merchant onto the same catalogue.

What we did

Designed and built four connected surfaces on one catalogue: shopper app, web storefront, merchant back office and driver app — every order visible to the people who act on it.

Where it stands

Live at aeononlineshopping.com and on iOS and Android. Outside merchants now onboard onto the same catalogue as AEON’s own branches, instead of a separate system each time.
